New Language: Honor our Fallen Heroes by Making this Country Better
Regardless of what you think of Cindy Sheehan, it is despicable that the neocons who oppose her would stoop to mowing down the memorials she erected in memory of our fallen heroes.
Through their actions, the Bush administration and its supporters have very clearly taken an anti-troop position.
- They do not properly equip our troops.
- They go to war with fatally-low troop levels.
- They underfund the VA.
- They lie about the reasons for war.
- They offer no plan for ending this war and bringing our troops home.
It's time that Americans stand up for our troops! Democrats will Honor our Fallen Heroes by Making this Country Better--not by blindly following incompetent "patriotic" leaders.
What are our troops fighting for? Their great country. How disillusioned our men and women must be, returning to find memorials to their fallen friends desecrated by a supporter of the man who put them in harm's way.
